Yoga
My personal approach to a broad philosophy is to only take on the responsibility and role of teaching you how to navigate your own breath and body, as there is no ‘one size fits all’ application to this practice.
I do not believe in the imposition of my interpretation of yoga onto my students.
For some of us our intention is to cultivate a higher sense of awareness throughout the layers of the Self, for others it is a safe anatomical/alignment based practice that can aid in a number of preventable and reversible physical ailments.
When I work with my students it is based on your curiosity and interest in whatever suits you,
I am a listener before I am a guide.
