I have only been taught by Nicque in group classes but each and every one has been extraordinary.
Even with being in a group it felt like she always ensured to spend time on each person for every movement, adjusting and helping me get the most out of the entire class.

I was introduced to Nicque’s mobility lessons because it was offered as a class at my local gym.
Overall, I would say that I am like most others: I’m generally healthy and I do take proper rest in between my strength and cardio workouts. But, I quickly realized that Nicque’s directions were crucial for me to undo the stress that I was applying to my body before it led to pain, both physically and mentally.
Before meeting Nicque, there were times where my body’s soreness would stubbornly persist, or I would experience sudden sharp pain without any obvious cause.
Nicque uses a calm and holistic approach for stress and pain management, and she offers simple and mindful practices that target problematic areas that trigger the stress.
Her lessons are easy to remember and are unique in that they encourage both physical and mental expansion.
As I continue to apply her teachings to my life I have noticed less surprise flare-ups, and when they do occur, I certainly have a better understanding of how to remedy the sensation – both in mind and body.

Nicque provides incredible functional mobility training.
Her instruction is nothing you’ll have seen in boring mainstream classes or yoga,
you will laugh (she is hilarious mostly), cry (but it’s worth it!), and simply move better.
