I guide in a way that is non-denominational and indisciminate, making this practice accessible and safe for every level of understanding and curiosity.
Meditation itself doesn’t have to be a glamorized seat, it can also be translated into things you are already doing in your day to day life as well as become a more intentional or intimate time to create a sense of ease in your world. This is a deeper discussion we share in to develop what will work for you.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that in essence, down regulates the body so we can regulate the deeper mental and emotional bodies.
I have free recorded practices available which can give you a glimpse into how it works before we begin to work on a personalized recorded script for you.
