My Philosophy
Working with Nicque is learning how your body feels and being guided towards how you want to feel.
I believe deeply that our one and only human body deserves our highest quality of attention and intention. We are responsible for how we feel — and for how we want to feel. When the basics are met, I’m certain we’re capable of extraordinary things.
Life demands a lot from us, no question. We go through countless experiences that shape the way we live in our bodies. While some things are out of our control, a few are not. We can refine our rhythms, listen more closely to the body’s messages, and make a world of difference in how we live.
From personal experience, I know it’s not easy. I’ve backslid, crashed, and struggled — I’m human. But I’ve also learned, grown, and aimed myself toward my greater good. I want to support others through those same times, just as I was lucky to have coaches, teachers, and guides who supported me.
The coolest part about growing up and out of old versions of ourselves is that we get to become the person we once needed. I’m now in a strong, healthy, joyful place — ready to give others the same care and compassion we all deserve.

Meet Nicque
I love what I do…
Nicque prides herself on being human — the kind of woman who’ll have the cake and run uphill on the same day. She aims for balance, strength, and above all, gratitude.
Years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, over a decade of yoga teaching, and a playful curiosity for all forms of movement have given her the tools to connect with and guide every kind of body. She’s endlessly inspired by what humans are capable of.
She lives quietly — fueled by nutritious foods, baked goods on occasion, heavy lifting, early nights, and deep appreciation for the nature around her. You’ll find her at the farmers’ market or sipping slow coffee with a good read. Music is her heartbeat — if you catch her in motion, she’s likely vibing to a face-melting jungle bassline or a classic Doom banger.
