How it works
You can work with me on a more one-to-one basis (online & f2f) or you can join my regular public group session
As frequent or as infrequent as you wish.
Many prefer to begin with more regular sessions, reducing over time as you become more familiar and self-aware of your practice.
In person or virtual
As geography allows, we can meet in person either at your home or a suitable public setting outdoors. I also offer virtual sessions.

Embarking on my yoga journey in 2009 has been transformative, marked by completing various teacher training programs and exploring diverse modalities like prenatal yoga and jiu-jitsu.
Upholding principles of discipline, respect, and curiosity.
I’ve found yoga and jiu-jitsu to be integral pillars in my life, nurturing my overall well-being. They provide essential tools for navigating life’s challenges and fostering self-discovery, instilling in me a deep respect for my body and a dedicated commitment to its care.
